  • ContractAction was founded by Frederic Chauvin, a French citizen based in Paris, France
  • Frederic Chauvin is a graduate engineer from Ecole Centrale Nantes who spent 30 years (with 22 years with full P&L responsibility) in the Oil&Gas industry managing small to XXL international projects and contracts. As such, Frederic Chauvin successfully managed complex turnkey Contracts and negotiated hundreds of Contract variations and claims
  • Capitalizing from its expertise in managing contracts, Frederic Chauvin enrolled in 2021 at the French Pantheon-Assas University, Singapore campus, and obtained a Master of Law (LL.M.) in International Business Law in January 2023
  • Frederic Chauvin can now exhibits a very distinctive academic and practical contract management expertise that fully benefits ContractAction clients
